Pennsylvania Farm Show

This week is the Pennsylvania Farm Show, which is one of the biggest events held in Pennsylvania each year. The picture above is this year's butter sculpture. I wonder how many slices of toast that sculpture would butter!

The farm show is such fun. Not only is there the butter sculpture and so many wonderful animals to see but there are also lots of fun things to learn and do. The food court is pretty amazing with all sorts of good things to eat.

My very favorite part is to see the alpacas. They are such sweet creatures and have adorable faces.

    I have never been to the PA Farm Show but I asked my dad and he said that they have a tractor display and a animal contest. My dad said that the animal contest was that they would chose who had the best pig or cow. I do not know who chooses the best pig or cow. I think I would like the animal contest. I think that because I love animals.

    No, iv'e never been to the farm show. I think that the blue ribbon pie contest would be pretty interesting. I think that it would be interesting because after the contest is over I could eat it for dessert after dinner.

    I have never been to a farm show. But in your description it sound's like fun. that would be a yummy trip to a Farm show. If you were hungry you could take some toast and a butter cow and make a cow bread. a farm show would be an awesome trip with your family.

    I have never been to a Farm show.I am excised to go with my family! I would like to see the butter sculpture because it is made with butter.I want to see the animals too.I would like to eat a pie from the pie contest.

    I have never been to a farm show but it sounds neat.I would like to see the butter sculpture because it looks cool. I think my dad just might enter the pie contest. I think that after the pie contest my family but not my dad will be hungry. My brother, Jackson would like to see the tractors because he loves trucks.

    Yes I have been to the PA.farm Show in 2012.It was fun.I like the butter sculpture better.I like the butter sculpture better because you can have toast whenever you want.I love the farm show.

    What a coincidence! I am going to the Farm Show tomorrow! The most interesting part of the Farm Show for me would be seeing all the animals. I like would to pet the animals. I would also like to feed the animals. That's the most interesting part of the Farm Show for me.

    I think the food court would be the most interesting part of it. I think that because I would like to try something new if they have a food that sounds good that I have never had before. That what I think would be the most interesting part.

    I have never been to a PA Farm Show. but I looked up on the internet and it sounds fun.There are nearly 6,000 animals, and on Saturday there was a chocolate cake contest. Another fact is they have 10,000 competitive exhibits.This year is the 99th PA Farm Show. My cousin's family goes there every year to show their goats, sheep, and swine.

    my favorite part of the farm show would be seeing the butter sculpture. I really like butter and it would be interesting to see how this was made and if it would melt. I am sure this butter sculpture took a really long time to make. It also looks like they used a lot of butter to make it. Maybe one day I can make a butter sculpture of my own.

    My favorite part would be the animals at the farm show. I like it there. Dad and I had a blast. My sister liked the animals there. I want to go this year to, and I hope both of my sisters and Bree and Kaily can come to.

    My favorite part of the farm show would be the cookie and brownie bar contest. It looks like a yummy experience. Brownies and cookies are my favorite foods to eat. I think the angel food cake contest would be good too. It would also be neat to see the goat judging.

    I had never been to the Pennsylvania farm show. I herd that every year they make big sculptures. Like last year they made a big cow. A couple years back they made four huge statues of people. Also, I herd that they have a food court and I tried the food and it's good.

    My favorite part about the farm show is that if it would be if the person would put the alpacas on a video that's awesome. Next, it would be so awesome for the people and it would be an amazing show. Finally, that it would be the amazing show fort the people and I.

    I have never been to a PA Farm Show. The weather for this time of year is usually cold and predictable for snow. I see diferent things on the news about the Farm Show. There is always a butter sculpture there with alot of food vendors. I would like to attend some year soon, because it looks like a real fun time.

    I have been to the PA Farm Show before and it has a lot of animals. Like cows, pigs, birds, horses and other cool animals. The food is really good they have milk shakes, ribs, French fries and chicken.

    i have never been to the Pennsylvania farm show. This is my first time hearing about it. the most interesting picture was the horse race. Thats the most interesting to me because i like horse. And so I can see how fast a horse can run. And i like fast animals. and i like to see things race.

    No I have not been to the Pennsylvania Farm show. The most interesting part of it would probably be the bunny hopping contest. I would enjoy that because I like rabbits and my sister has won named charlie.

    That picture at the top I do not believe its butter! I have never gone to one. I think the "butter" sculpture is most important. I do not know why I think its important I just feel like it is.

    I have been to the farm show but only once because I am allergic to cats... and one of the animals bit me I don't know witch one bit me but I know it was not a cat or dog

    I have never been to the farm show but I have always wanted to. I want to go to see al the animals. I want to see the animals because I love animals and they are so cute. I love dogs, prarie dogs, ocolots , foxes (red), bobcats , horse, pigs, cats. i always have loved animals I plan to make them part of my job.

    I like seeing all the cool and wonderful animals there, and my friend owns a goat and entered it in the farm show and got first place! Which is called grand champion. P.s I would like to say hi to my old teacher Mrs.M I know she uses this and she is a wonderful and kind teacher.

    The Pennsylvania farm show is super awesome if I would go my favorite thing was see the sculpture it is cool and fantastic. and pie contest is fantastic too.I never been there but it looks fun and if I went there I would see a cow,chickens,pigs and more.

    I don't really have a favorite part but, I did like the animals. I especially like the rabbits at the tables. The one doing the tricks and jumping over the stick things was probably my favorite-since the rabbit liked my sister petting `em, the rabbit did his tricks and came right back to the side of the table we were on. The rabbit was fluffy!!!

    I have never ben to a farm show before. But it sounds really fun. I think if I go to the farm show it would be amazing to see all different animals and enter in contests would be fun. I never seen a butter sculptor in real life before so that would be really fun. I think a cupcake contest sounds really fun and exiting.

    If I went to the farm show I would love to participate in the apple pie contest because I love to cook different foods. I'd make the most sweet and sugary apple pie I'd ever made. They'd love it!
