With the weather getting nicer and the daylight lasting longer in the evening, we will all be outside a lot more than we have been the last few months. What is one of your favorite things to do outside in the spring? Do you like to ride your bike, walk with friends, play ball? Maybe you like to plant flowers or go fishing? Tell us how you will spend your extra daylight hour in the next few weeks.

ReplyDeleteI love to play outside with freinds in the spring! When freinds cant come over I ride my down the lane and back, i skatebord down the lane and back, and jump on my trampaline with my sister. And one of my FAVORITE things to do is bulid forts in the woods!!!:)
ReplyDeleteThis is the time i am saving my time to do lacrosse and play outside more longer so ican play with my friends. Alsome and my sister can practce lacrosse or practce cheerleading and that is what i am doing with my saving time.
ReplyDeleteWhat I like to do in the spring is go outside and play with my sister, she rides her bike and I ride my scooter.So after school when me and my sister have our homework done we go outside and play.

ReplyDeleteI like to play soccer with my teamates, I like to fish with my dad, and I like to look for injured animals or bugs and take care of them then at the end of spring I will let them go.

ReplyDeleteHow i would use my extra time would play football with my friends and my mom and dad,i would ride my bike on my lane and back, i would ride my skateboard at a skatepark, i would be out doors with my friends, and I would spend time with my Family!
ReplyDeleteI love spending time with my friends in the spring! I like riding my bike and hanging out with alot of my friends. I like to play soccer too! I sometimes just be lazy and sit on the couch and watch TV. Spring is a really fun season! Do you like Spring too? I just love picking flowers too. I go to my Neenas and I sometimes I get in there mini swimming pool. But I grow and dont fit anymore. Im really exited for Spring to come!

ReplyDeleteI LOVE having more daylight! It makes me want to go outside and do things I enjoy! One thing I enjoy doing outside is running. I run in the morning a few days a week with my friend. It will be really nice not to have to put on that winter cap and gloves! I also like to take walks with my family when it is warm out. I especially like beginning a walk and have a different family member decide which way to turn every time we come to an intersection. We never know exactly where we are going. Being outside and having warmer weather is one of the best things about this time of year!
ReplyDeleteWhen we have more day light I like to play Army because I am interested in the military. I also like to ride my bike and scooter and for reading homework I would read outside. I would also play with my dog when he has his toy ball. I would also chase my younger sister.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE more daylight!!! It makes me won't to go outside and play basketball. I also like playing real life minecraft.(minecraft is about every thing is made out of blocks). I also like to ride my bike in this thing that is a circle road and play basketball with my friends. My FAVORITE thing to do in the is passing the football with my friend Jimmy. That is what's I like about this time of year.

ReplyDeletePlay Basketball: I like to play Basketball because it is really fun and I think that I am good at it! My favorite thing in basketball is to rebound! I like to because that is what tall people do and I am tall!
Hang out with friends outside: I like to hang out with my friends because my friends always have something interesting to tell my. My friends are Brandt, Jack, Kenzie, Anna, and Emma!
Play Soccer: I like to play soccer because it is a really fun sport to play! It is because I have friends to play it! My favorite poisson is center mid! I am good at that poisson!
Have a lemonade stand: I like to make lemonade and have a lemonade stand! When we have one at the end we sort the money and give it to the spca! I like saying "hi" to everyone how buys lemonade or just passes by!
That is what I like to do!
I love the warmer weather and daylight savings time. This is what I plan to do with my extra time. I like to play with my friends and torture them on the swings. I also like to play with one of my friends dog named bruceter. We do those things a lot together. I think that I will spend lots of time hanging out with my friends. The other thing I will do is probably do something I love. Gymnnastics. I like to do them every day. When it is daylights savings time I will probabaly spend some of my time doing that. I like to do cartwheels, handstands, backbends, and other things. That is what I will do on daylights savings time.
ReplyDeleteWhen the wether is warm and the days are longer I like to play lacrosse outside with my friends.WE pass the ball back and forth and some times we play half field games and drills. I also like to go fishing with my Dad on the bay, we usually catch blue fish and spot. Sometimes we set crab lines out with chicken necks as bate.
ReplyDeleteYou must be very active when it is warm out, Brandt! When it is warm you can do more sports because most sports take place outside.
DeleteI mostly do is play soccer with my sister, my dad, my brother (sometimes), my mom (sometimes), and my friends (always). Even though we do not have a soccer net we have we have a row of one tree and a space and then another tree and it goes till there are about 5 or 6 trees and same on the other side but we use the trees and the space that is mostly in the middle. My family loves to play outside. We also love daylight savings time.

DeleteI will probably spend my extra hour laying outside with my brother. Sometimes he is really fun to play with and we're outside for hours playing together. When my friend comes over we play tag until she has to leave. My brother and I sometimes go outside, bring some snacks, and make our own little picnic. Then we draw like crazy all over our driveway. I love the warmer weather. That means that my brother and I go down to our trampoline and practice flips. Sometimes we swim at Greenvalley and my friend's pool. I will also probably do cartwheels in the grass and maybe teach my brother them too. I wish that we could have daylight savings all year long. That would be amazing! I also think it's cool how we save energy. That's good, too!

My favorite thing to do during daylight savings is play football at Jack's house with all my friends. I wish we could have this much of daylight all the time because then I could play football at Jack's house with all my friends. Why because every time we have so much fun. Having warmer weather is the best.
ReplyDeleteOh, yay! Daylight savings! I've been wait ing for this ever since we had the lose-an-our-from the-day daylight savings! I just love when it's warm. I hate it when it's cold outside. I do not like wind no matter what, though. If my parents will let me play outside, I will: ride my bike, ride my scooter, run races with my brother, ride in the green tractor all by myself, re-build my fairy house, play with my dog, play in the sprinklers, and that's all I can think of.
ReplyDeleteOther things I will do outside not at my house: play outside at my cousins house, play outside at my friend Monica's house, go to Cousler Park, and take my dog Lakota to the dog park at John Rudy park. Iim really, really, really exited for daylight savings!
I LOVE to have more daylight! I can't wait! It makes me feel like I just want to go outside and do what I love to do outside. What I like to do outside is play basketball, play soccer,play with my neighbors and friends, and play kickball. what I like about when it's warm outside that I get to wear shorts and no sweat shirt, no long pants, and no long shirt. Being outside in the warm weather is the best thing in the year!
ReplyDeleteI really like to have extra sunlight...REALLY! One of my FAVORITE things to do in the sun is riding my bike in the park. I like spending time with my dad and sister riding my bike. I get good exercise and I LOVE to see the fountain spraying water when we pass it. Biking in the park is one of the BEST things to do for the extra hour of sunlight!
ReplyDeleteI just Love the sun it gives you light to play outside you can do anything outside in the sun it is amazing. For example You can eat ice cream in the sun. You can get sprayed with the hose. You can play ball in your back yard. You can play with friends in your house or your back yard.
ReplyDeleteI like having daylight because I will build a tree house that I have been planning all winter, I will build a seasonal tree house with solar panels also known as a computer house, (but that will might take a few days) and also I will get paid 50¢ every time I have to remind somebody its day light savings time, (I am saving up for $200) thats what I will do for daylight savings time.
ReplyDeleteI love every thing daylight savings especially playing football with my neighbors and also playing base ball. I really like to play basketball too, I mostly like to play football because it is fun and it is even better when you are with all your neighbors. I like playing basketball when my neighbors lower the rim to 6 foot and make the three point line closer to the basket so you can have a better chance to make a three pointer so the score can be up in like the 90s when we have to go in, they put the rim down to six foot so we can all dunk. That is what I like about daylight savings.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE LOVE and what I do on hot days is I help burn cardboard in our fire pit, another thing that I do is I swing the branches of my tree, I also jump stool to stool using our family's foot rests, I sometimes jet my brother with freezing cold water all the way down his back, I kick around the soccer ball with my dad and brother, I play in a inflatable ball that I can go in and I do it with my brother too!
ReplyDeleteWell, this is good and bad. Good because I get more sleep, bad because I will not get to play many video games because I will have to be outside all the time. I might in the summer run in my sprinkler. Also go to green valley pool and have some fun. Maybe I will still stay inside.

ReplyDeleteI do not like the the longer daylight. Because I can't go to sleep. the second reason I don't like the longer daylight because I have a gecko and it does not come out in the light because it's nocturnal.
