Trick or Treat! Halloween is on the way and that means we will be thinking candy and other fun treats. What are your favorite treats? Chocolate? Ice Cream? Broccoli?
Write a few sentences about the things you like to eat and tell us what you like about them. Let's see how descriptive you can be.
Rich, creamy chocolate polluted with chunks of brownies, nuts, or candy pieces is the way I like my ice cream...not to mention topping that off with a dollop of whipped cream. Ice cream is probably my absolute favorite dessert of all time. We always have ice cream in our house even in the freezing cold winter months. However, if you asked my son what his favorite dessert was, he would hands down say Double Stuffed Oreos. I just don't feel the love for them.
ReplyDeleteWhen snacking, I particularly like cereal with almond milk. I am quite picky about my cereal liking Corn Chex, Crunchy Corn Bran, and Blueberry Special K. Notice a corn theme, huh? I like to have the cereal sit in the milk and get just a little soft before I eat it. I know that some people only like their cereal crunchy, but not me! I typically eat a bowl of cereal for a snack in the evening, not for breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I do eat it religiously, but it's usually not cereal. Something I can pack in my lunchbox on work days and often it's eggs on the weekends.
My favorite sugary treat is my grandfathers homemade icebox cake it's sooo good he makes the chocolate pudding himself then he layers it like this gram cracker, chocolate pudding, gram crackers, chocolate pudding then he lets it sit in the fridge for a while. The longer its in there the better it tastes. Then he takes it out cuts a big piece puts a generous amount of whipped cream on top and serves it up.
ReplyDeleteI like mint chocolate chip ice cream because ice cream is my favorite food and dessert. All I think of is ice cream. Because if you ask my sister her favorite dessert is she would said ice cream. Sometime when I go home I ask my mom and dad if I can have ice cream. I wish every day I could have ice cream.

DeleteI like the awesome tasting Hershey Chocolate Bars because the chocolate is rich and creamy. I like to eat them as a snack when I get home.I sometimes put a little bit of whip cream to get more taste. If you ask my brother he would say skittles.I like skittles but not as much as hershey chocolate bars.
ReplyDeleteDouble overlapped chocolate... 3 mustkers are my favorite! I usally have them as a snack one a day or once every other day. Usally I have them as a part of a meal like lunch or dinner. Whenever I think about them my mouth waters. If I ask my brother what he likes he will either say vinalla ice cream with wipped cream (witch I really don't know why he likes that.) Or he will say chocolate hershey bars. (I can understand how he likes that.)
ReplyDeleteFor a snacky type treat (other than 3 mustkers) I will either choose Starbursts or peanut butter m and ms. I will usally eat them at night right before bed or after dinner or dessert. If I ask my dad he will no question hands down say snickers bars. (Espially giant ones.) Last halloween when I only had snickers bars left my dad ate them all. I will maybe eat oatmeal. Not for breakfeast... but sometimes i'll have it for breakfeast. Mostly for a snack though. What type of candy do you like?

The crunch as I bite in with all the peanuts and peanut butter is the best sound to my ears. I would absolutely love to eat Butter Finger. I love Butter Fingers because of the peanut stuff. I wonder why fun size is so small. I think fun size is king size. I also love Skittles with the sour, sweet and the tartness. My favorite Skittle flavors is lime and orange. There is a type of candy that I would love to try an Everlasting Gobbstopper. Everlasting Gobbstoppers are from the book Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
ReplyDeleteIf you're talking about snacks I love dry roasted seaweed laver. Dry roasted seaweed laver is just dry roasted seaweed with laver roughly salted. My little brother and some friends who are love dry roasted seaweed laver as well.
My favorite thing is Hershey bars. like other things too. like ice cream?what things do you like? I love candy it's good. on my ice cream i like m&m and Smash up ores cookies and sprinkles and chocolate sprinkles.
ReplyDeleteI would have to say my favorite treats are starbursts and skittles, because when i eat them my mouth melts. My favorite flavors of starbursts is strawberry and my favorite flavor of skittles is strawberry too. When I get older I will work at a candy factory and create different kinds of flavors for these treats. I am not a fan of chocolate, but I am a fan of snickers and chocolate ice cream, but thats probably it. When I eat these treats I feel like i ma the only one in charge, at least thats what I think in my mind. I don't eat these candies everyday because that would make you sick. but I eat candy once in a while. What is your favorite candy?

ReplyDeleteOHHH ice cream, bubble gum,Mike and ikes, and most of all candy!! Their so much candy but my favorite is Mike and ikes because they have so much flavoer like green apple, lemon, starbayry and so much more and I hope you like them to.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite candy is Mr.Goodbar I like Mr.Goodbar. There use to be a ton of them in my neighborhood but not anymore. I wish that they were still in my neighborhood but a wish is a wish and wishes don't always come true and that is that there is barely any Mr.Goodbars left and if there is I will find them.BYE!!!!
ReplyDeleteCold or warm the Resse's is my favorite. I like my Reese's cold but I can deal with a warm Reese's. Topping It off with a thin layer of peanut butter. Reese's is hands down my favorite candy.When I go over to my grandma's house she always has frozen, cold Reese's in her freezer. I always sneak in to her freezer and sneak a Reese's into my mouth and it tastes like heaven. If you asked my sister what her favorite candy was she would probably say either Butterfinger or Milky Way. I do like Milky Ways but I like Resse's better.
ReplyDeleteWhen Snaking I like lightly salted potato chip or BBQ chips. For a drink I like Orange Juice. The potato chips make me full. I like them crispy sometimes my mom let's me eat two bags of chips in the morning and in the afternoon but she does not let me do that very often.
Abbey, I never thought about eating a Reese Cup cold, but it sounds yummy, especially with extra peanut butter on top. Thanks for the good idea!

My favorite treat is Butterfingers. I like Butterfingers because they have chocolate on the out side of them. I like the peanutbutter taste that is inside the Butterfinger.

So every time I eat one of the resse's penatbuter cup I want more than you ever seen in you life time. ReplyDeleteI love the yummy taste of Star Burst.That's because I love to suck the Star Burst so much! If you know anybody that has Star Burst, just ask them if you can eat one. There are many different kinds of Star Burst flavors and the best one I like is the orange Star Burst. I also like to put the orange Star Burst to another Star Burst.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite treat are Cow Tales. I like Cow Tales because the creamey filling inside the Cow Tales. Someone in our neighborhood hands out Cow Tales every Halloween and I eat it really fast when I get it.
