Have you seen this eyeball? It was found by a man walking on the beach in Florida and is about the size of a softball. Click here to read an article about it.

This week we will use our imaginations. Write a few sentences describing a creature you think might have an eyeball as big as a softball. What would he look like? Where would he live? Would he be dangerous or friendly? What would he eat? How might he survive?

Let's see how this eyeball can help us "see" into our imaginations!

  45. The eyeball was crystal blue, which makes me think it might belong to a mystical creature living in the icy cold tundra. Like all mystical creatures, this one has a magical power. The power to see the good in others and to reward them for their kind thoughts or actions. This creature's fur is milky white and it stands 7' tall, which might be intimidating for other creatures. That is, until you look into that beautiful blue eye located in the middle of it's forehead. At that time, you know this creature will do not harm.
