It Is Here - Autumn!

Wow! Can you believe it is now Autumn! This is a beautiful time of year. The weather gets cooler, the trees become colorful, and we do lots of interesting things like putting out pumpkins, going to football games, and eating tasty apples! Of course, there are a few things that are not so great like the fact that the sun goes down earlier and some days are very, very cold. And, of course, we have to rake those leaves as the trees get bare.

What do you think about the fall? What do you like or not like about it?

    I like autumn because then me and my friends can rake up the leaves into a big pile and then jump of a tree and land it ! My mother does not like autumn because i always put leaves in the house and because that it is the season before winter

    I like fall because it means Halloween and I get to hand out candy. Fall also means pumpkins and there are a lot of pumpkin things like pumpkin pie and pumpkin candies. The best thing of fall is the start of soccer. I already had three games we won two and tied one. Right now we are at the top of the leader board.

    I don't like fall I love fall.I love fall because we get to carve pumpkins for Halloween and get to pick out our costumes.The part about Halloween that I don't like is that it get's colder and we have to rake a lot of leaves and our yard is big.That's what I love about fall and what I hate about fall.I LOVE fall.

    I like fall because of Halloween. I like picking costumes and you may see people in your neighborhood that you know.I also like carving pumpkins and sorting through my candy after I go Trick or Treating.I like when my neighbor dresses her dog up as a witch or something.

    Our class loves Fall! One student loves to go on scavenger hunts to find the biggest pumpkin! When he found the biggest pumpkin he got to bring it home and use it for fall decorations at his house. He went looking for pumpkins at a farm. He also got to pick some apples, wash them off and eat them. Yum!

    What do i think, I love the fall because it is football season and I love football but I don't like how my brother, parents and I are always going places this time of year. But it is a nice time of year for Coffee and sports. I like the winter.

    I like fall because I like picking out my Halloween costume from my favorite Halloween store Halloween Spirits. I also like going trick-or-treating and getting alot of awesome candy. This is why I like fall.

      I think it's cool jumping in the leaves. I hope to have a bunch of leaves this year. I mean a lot of leaves in a pile. I enjoy fall because I like all the fun stuff in the fall. Is jumping in the leaves your best activity and do you like jumping high sometimes too? I love jumping high and jumping far and make all the leaves fly everywhere.

      jump in the leavs.That is my FAVROIT thing about fall.And I allso like when you get to play with your friends.And i got to play this game with my friends its were you get to rake up the leavs and you cral around in the leavs and you try to find each other.It is really fun.I think eavry one can do it.I hope you try it.

    I like Fall. The weather isn't to cold some days, and not to hot the other days.
    I also like Fall because there are Candy Apples, Carmel Apples, Pies, And Just some candy that you get from Trick-Or-Treating.There is a lot of Holidays in Fall too. Halloween, and Thanksgiving. During the Fall I like spending time with family and my dog.

    I dislike fall a lot. Fall is just a warning to me that the worst season is coming...winter. The weather changes from perfect to terrible. It gets colder and the days get shorter. I was born in Florida and so now in Pennsylvania when I get cold I basically freeze to death. Fall is also bad because Thanksgiving is coming. Thanksgiving is my least favorite holiday for 2 reasons. One being because I hate turkey. My family says the juicier the turkey the better, I say the exact opposite. The other reason I hate Thanksgiving is because my little brother was born on Thanksgiving. One good thing about fall is Halloween, I mean, what is better than getting free candy while you scare little kids with your costume. Then the next day everybody comes to school with a bunch of sugar in their body. Fall is also bad because the leaves die. WHY MUST YOU DIE AWESOME LEAVES?! The trees get so ugly in the fall. I can't believe people call fall trees are pretty. HOW DO YOU LIKE STARING AT DEAD TREES?! I don't understand, can someone please help me understand why people call dead trees cool. The fall is wjqjfqejhfwejkfhwaekwjw. Sorry I fell asleep on the keyboard because fall is so boring. There should be no such thing as fall or spring. Just think about it, they are just transition seasons. They are in between the two main seasons, summer and winter. Winter shouldn't be a season either. It should be year-round summer. wejjnjnjjjenjaenueflkaseokwajiun Sorry my friend slammed my head on the keyboard because I said winter shouldn't be a season. So that is why I hate the fall, oh one more thing, fall should be fall not autumn.

    Fall...it's a beautiful time of year. I love the big heavy shadows that show on sunny days and I love the trees turning vibrant colors. However, I hate that fact that each of these are a preview on what's to come...cold weather, less sunlight, and less time to be outside.

    One of the reasons I have enjoyed fall this year is because my son, Jake, is playing in the marching band at Central York High School. It's been so much fun to go to the games to watch him and the rest of the band perform. They are quite talented and always amaze me. Had he not played an instrument, I probably wouldn't have gone to the games to see this amazing band do their thing.

    Looking forward to reading what others post about fall!

    I like eating carmal apples but green the most.
    I also like playing on a tackle football team and also watching football.
    One of my favorite things in fall is halloween when i was only 1 year old i was a giant fat spider.it was so funny!
    I love jumping in leaves and raking them its fun.

    I LOVE Fall because it gives me good memories so I can just think of the old days when my best friend and I and two other girls would jump into the leafs at my day care and when some won laghed then every won started to laghe.And because it is my birthday and that my birthday is on Halloween so that is some thing to really look forward to and I can get to see some of my friends on Halloween. My opinion is that Fall is really cool and that it is very fun!!!!

    I LOVE Fall because the leaves fall off of the trees and you do have to rake them which is boring but my favorite part about leaves is jumping in the pile of them after you rake them and Halloween is here which is my favorite holiday! What I don't like about fall is that the sun goes down earlier than usual which is so stupid! I LOVE fall!
