Treats, Treats, Treats!!!

Halloween is on the way! That means witches, pumpkins, ghosts and so much more. If you trick or treat, have you thought about your costume yet? Trick or treating was always fun for me. I loved seeing what kinds of things ended up in my bag. Quite simply, I love candy. But, I have many other favorite treats too. I love brownies and cookies too.

This week we are going to describe our favorite sweet treat. Do not just name your treat but try to describe what it is you like about it. Try to write at least two full sentences. Here is an example:

Brownies might be my favorite treat. I love the double chocolate ones, especially when they have peanut chips in them. I also like the kind that have frosting on them. I could, but I do not, eat a brownie every single day!


By the way, you all did such a fine job with the homophones last week. Here are just a few of my favorites:
  • I ate eight pieces of pie. Boy was I hungry!
  • My brother wailed when he saw the giant whale.
  • There is some sums on the math test.
  • I knew the new car was called Toyota.
  • I go to Wendy's two times a week too.
  • When I rowed my boat it was hard to see the road from far away.
  • I like to play outside in the sun with my son.
  • The pair of pears were sweet and juicy!
  • The witch couldn't decide which hat to wear.
  • I am having a sale on a sail boat.

    I love snicker's bars. They tastes like caramel and chocolate mix together. It smells chocolaty and nutty together. The way it makes me feel that I am in heaven.

    I love and I mean love Twix! It taste like a caramel heaven but that would be really sticky. It smells like a chocolate stripe cookie. And it makes me feel like as though heaven is on earth. My dad always steals my Twix and I get so mad at him. I LOVE Twix!!!

    I like donuts because I love the icing on the top.My grand maw always puts a gummy worm on the top.and I like putting sprinkles on the top of my donut to.My favorite icing is chocolate icing.I hope some day I can have all the donuts I can have.

    My favorite sweet treat is tootsie rolls becasue they taste good! I have a lot of them at my aunt's house. I like them because they come in different colors and flavors like green, yellow, orange, strawberry, lemon, vanilla, and cherry.

    I like M&M's especially peanut ones!!! I am even having them right now! I like the Yellow M&M dude because... #1 he is very silly. #2 he is on the peanut M&Ms bag/box. And & #3 because he is in mostly all M&M commercial. And that is why I like M&Ms:).

    My favorite candy is starburst because they come in different colors. The second reason is that starburst can come in in bags from birthday party's and lot's of others so I get them a at least three or two times month. But when it is Halloween and I go trick or treating I end up with a lot of starburst when it comes to the end of trick or treating I start going back home with my family and my friend named Hayden and his family. We always have a great time trick or treating and always enjoy eating my starburst.

    The best treat I ever had was a 5 pound hershey bar. I love to eat them because they have so much hard chocolate in it. It also is very large and you can't really eat it in one day.

    What my favorite treat is oreo ice cream cakes. Why I like it because I really enjoy the crunchy ice cream melting in side my mouth. It's awesome for ice cream and oreo's and cake being together all in one.

    I love cookies, it was very good. Sometime I get hungry at night, like 8:30 P.M. I will go to the kitchen and get out the cookies and eat like 5 or 6 of them. Every time I think of cookies I get hungry, even after I just eat my food !

    Try to guess mine. It's crunchy. It's name starts with a k and ends with t. It has a pet name in it. People get this a lot on Halloween. It is not too hard not or too soft. It is the shape of a rectagle. It's name is on the candy. Good luck trying to guess!

    My favorite candy is outstanding! But if you don't like peanut butter then you won't like this. If you know your candy you will know this right away! It starts with a p and ends with a p and it has chocklet on the outside but peanut butter on the inside I like them frozen but you don't have to it's realy good in ice cream to!     You might like this!I Its kind of messy but tastes awsome! It comes in packs and has a stick and might even have a after taste! When you eat it you could get it every where its one of my favorites and could be yours! It has sugar and the stick is white you could peel it and put it in a cup! I really like mixing two flavors together it make my mouth water! Now give it a try what do you think my favorite candy is?
